Lost serial retrieval

Hi.  I've lost my serial number, I think it was on the manual which I threw away.  I kept the other packaging ironically but there is no serial number on them.  I've tried contacting Adobe through the chat app and had no luck, and I have read the articles about where to find lost serial numbers.  I still don't have my serial number so is it possible for someone from Adobe to send me my serial number?

Frustrated that I own the product and can't use it, would be more useful to print the serial on the CD than expecting us to keep all that packaging! Next time I'll write it on the CD myself ^_^.
