Question

Lost Tools

I had bought Adobe Acrobat & Adobe Photoshop Elements (registered in 2009) and it was all working great then, first, my computer died (I think I got it back on the new computer) then the new computer got a bad virus.  The computer guy that fixed it had to delete everything and then reload my programs but I lost my Adobe, along with all contact details for customer service and all related info.

After numerous failed attempts to contact customer service - Googling just brought up heaps of wanna-be's and after our experience with that nasty virus I have been very dubious of downloading anything or even going onto unknown websites.

I just want my tools back without having to pay for it all over again and, hopefully not have to wait 3 days to get all the updates.  I know it's an older version but I knew it and it did all I needed.  I don't want to do business with 'the cloud' just keep my stuff on my own filing system.

It seems impossible to actually get to speak to a real person from Adobe and as I am very technologically challenged I'm hoping someone can help me get my Acrobat and Photoshop Elements back, in very simple language.

Cheers

Winnie

Took me a while to work out how to reply!

According to my previous query (18th Feb 2013, when I lost it the first time) Adobe Acrobat 9 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 5 is all I know.  I can't even find the original disc now and my Adobe account doesn't give me any further detail apart from serial numbers.

Thank you for your reply kglad.
