LR 5 update to LR 5.7

I am moving LR 5 to a new PC.  On my old PC, LR version shows as 5.7. 

When installing LR 5 (upgrade version) and providing LR 4 serial number, LR 5.0 installs from the CD fine.  So, I go to HELP / Check for Updates and it pops up the 5.7 available window, but when I click on Download, I get taken to the "Download a free trial" webpage.  I have read everything I can find here, and apparently, a 5.7.1 upgrade was available at one time, but none of the links provided work.  I have no need for the monthly subscriptions.

Please, can anyone point me to the 5.7 update.
