LR, PS and LR classic stopped workin

Yesterday started LR, LR Classic and PS up. The devellop moduleof all three suddenly don't load my pictures to be develloped. I hav paid my conribution, changed nothing to my computer (Windows 10). My Apple Macbook works also with the three Adobeprograms without problem. When I start the devellop module of one of he three in a few moments a request appears to send a faillure page to Adobe and than the program ends.
