I am new to adobe, and just got cc all app plan after having a few free trials. I am on a MACbook pro, and only half assed computer literate. having some issues; security, compatibility, core sync organizer and finder. Need to know where to go for straight talk, and how I should set cc up for best results. I know something is wrong. Crashes, bad root users, Odd things I have never dealt with before.

Hi El Guero,

As I understand, you are new to Adobe and have purchased the Creative Cloud all apps plan. Have you been able to download the App?

Please use this for download:  Download Creative Cloud desktop app

Are you facing app crash issues? Could you please share more details about the crash?

What version of Mac Os are you on?

Thank you for replying. I am on recent high sierra, 10.13.3 strange things happening since i started playing with adobe. there were a few oddball crashes, and untrusted root users before. But today, after getting the cloud. some things have just closed or froze, I am sure it some setting or something I haven't done right. they have so many different apps to help organize, it seems they are all at odds with finder. can't I just use finder? is the creative cloud desktop app the little infinity sign? idk. i can't seem to get a straight answer when I ask either adobe or mac about issues. And searches always seem to skew an answer one way or another. I think I just need a location of a forum where mac users who use adobe are in control of content. Or change some setting or whatever on how the apps work. maybe not enough memory? idk ...apps are awesome.
