Mac App Store

Downloading from the app store can have restrictions as well. Do you not have administrative privileges on the computer thus you need an admin? Otherwise, I am not sure what friction you would run into. Could you please explain your situation further?

what are you trying to install and onto what device are you trying to install it?

You have to buy from Apple to download from Apple

You may NOT use the Opera browser... it is not compatible with Adobe

Install the cc desktop app using the download links at the bottom of this

If that works for you, you then use the Cloud manager to install your programs
