mac gets super hot (100degrees) when using adobe programs

my mac can't seem to take anything i do on my adobe programs anymore. i have the newest version and when i am even doing simple tasks on photoshop, it will start to get super hot and the fans would kick in. I am so disappointed as i paid a lot of money for the laptop, but this issue keeps  coming back.

if anyone got this fixed please help.
