Mac HD failed. New drive, Catalina. Only Acrobat can be installed!

Recovering after replacing HD.

Clean install of Catalina.

Reinstalled dozens of apps.

Need InDesign... got fresh Adobe installer, but only Actobat can be installed. All others fail error 403, which is not in the error list Adobe provides.

I had already done that several times.
I waited a week and then it worked.
