Forms are not helpful for at all I need to talk with someone but I guess that can’t happen any more so what do I do and please give a a good answer not another form and endless loops to other forms that lead to other form that do not help me fix my problem!!!!! ERROR 49

I try 50 times how may more time would you suggest that I try?

Name of the CC app and its version you are trying to update?

Windows comp or Mac ?

Also did you Signed out from Creative Cloud app and Signed in and tried?

MAC OS X Yosemite 10.10.4 Lightroom and photoshop and bridge all with same error 40. signed out signed in reboot Mac
