Mac Powerbook Transfers

Hello,

I have just taken delivery of a new MacBook with no optical drive. I'm looking to transfer Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder, Premiere Pro and After Effects to the new machine from my old MacBook, I've used a USB memory stick to transfer the application folders to my new machine but I get an Error 6 when I try to open them.

Does anyone have an idea of how to transfer successfully without signing up to monthly payments on the cloud, or buying an external optical drive?

Thanks in advance

    delete the files/folders your copied.

you must install adobe products not transfer, copy, move etc them.

you can copy the installation files from you older computer to your usb stick and use that to install the files on your new computer.

if you no longer have the installation files, which versions do you need?
