Mac versions of the Adobe products currently licensed on Windows desktop

How can I obtain the Mac versions of the Adobe products currently licensed on my Windows desktop, for installation on a new MacBook which replaces the HP Windows laptop I've used with the Adobe products in addition to my desktop. I am currently running the software on the same license for each product on both my desktop and my HP laptop (Lightroom, CS6 and Premiere Elements).
