MAC vs. PC issues

I recently purchased the Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premier 13 in Windows.  I would like to install this as well on my MAC laptop, is this possible?  If not, will I be able to get the Photoshop Elements in MAC and Premier in Windows?

Will the Windows serial code work for MAC as well?

    Most of the Elements serial numbers are multi platform, you may to install it on your MAC computer.

    If you are getting invalid serial number error, you may request for a platform swap.

    I tried installing it on my MAC laptop with the given serial code, it didn't work.  I messaged the support for help regarding the installation.  Thanks!
