MacBook Air M1

I'm looking for a new computer to run the adobe creative suite and other apps needed for UX design like sketch. I read that only the beta version of the adobe creative suite run on the new M1 computers though. Should I invest in one? Will I still be able to use Illustrator and Photoshop effectively?
