Macbook is down, how to deactivate the creatice cloud?

Hallo,

i have a two machine license of the adobe creative cloud. One is active on my primary computer, the second one is installed on a MacBook, but since then the MacBook does not work anymore.

The problem is now, that there is no way to deregister that unused license on the broken computer, which I need for a new second machine. Would be great to get some hints to solve this urgent problem.
