I just upgraded my MacBook Pro to the Yosemite OS. The CC icon is gone: how do I re-install and update?

Open Applications folder and try to launch from Adobe Creative Cloud folder.

restart your computer and check if cc is running.

if not, you can open it in the applications>adobe>adobe creative cloud folder and use its preferences (gear icon at upper right>preferences) to tick 'start at launch' and you can create a desktop shortcut, How to Make a Desktop Shortcut in Mac OS X

if the cc desktop app is not in applications>adobe>adobe creative cloud folder, reinstall it from here, Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe CC trial
