macOS Catalina Dark Mode support for Open/Save dialogues

Hi all,

Does anyone know the link to feature requests. I've updated my iMac to Catalina and installed the latest Creative Cloud (2020) that support Catalina, but they still don't support the OS's Dark Mode. I was hoping this feature would have been included since they've had a full year of macOS Mojave before that also had the Dark Mode feature.
