Making Comments on iOS App Cannot Trigger Notification on Group Member's PC

My team member made the comments on images in the gallery by using iOS version of Adobe Creative Cloud,

but i cannot get the notification pop up on my Windows (Win 10) PC.

However, i can see the comment made by the same account by using Adobe Creative Cloud software on Window's PC.

Do guys know if there is any setting I should take care?
