Manage plan, Billing history - doesn't open

Hello,

I have issues getting the invoice for my licence. As soon as I go under 'Plans&Products' and click on 'Manage Plan' to see my billing history, it opens a new page, but it's completely blank. Looks like a technical error. I tried it few weeks ago and again now, and this page never opens for me. It remains always blank.

What should I do?

So the update is that it never started to work with Chrome and Firefox, but downloaded Opera in the end and there it worked.

Hi Ms39351921,

As you mentioned that you have not been able to login to your account to view the invoice, please try the suggestions shared above. Try clearing the cookies/cache and reset the browser.
