Management problems

Hello guys,

I hope you can help me.

I recently changed my adobe abo from InDesign to Photoshop. I want to manage the abo, but I can't choose any option to manage. There is only "You will manage your abo soon". I can't find any information about my problem. How long does it take to change an abo completely? 

I hope the problem is known to someone.
