manually updating and finding the new updates

To be clear, I have a computer I can not physically move from a remote  location where I have a landline only and do not want to tie up that line for  long download times. Therefore I need to have a solution where I can download  with high speed internet connection at one location and tranport the disk or  thumb drive to my remote location for installation or updates.where do i find the new updates for photoshop CC .i.e 14.01?
