What exact software do you have?
I assume for the following that you have a Creative Cloud subscription and that your OS is compatible with the latest version of Creative Cloud.
You can install the applications on as many computers you want, activate on two concurrently and according to the licensing terms use the software on one computer concurrently.
You download and install the Creative Cloud app from the Adobe web and can then install all apps you need on your computer. Easiest is to go to https://account.adobe.com, sign in if you aren't already, and go to "Access your apps and services".
You can download and install from the website the applications you require.
