master collection cs3 not downloading

This is really a note to Adobe...although it's so difficult to talk/communicate with Adobe...! I'm pretty sure it's OK to install Master Collection CS3 onto a new mac (running 10.10 OS X Yosemite), but on the download page, the only item (from the menu of all individual apps and 'collections') that doesn't work is the CS3 Master Collection download. (I need to download from internet cos the MAC laptop has no CD drive, therefore easier to download via internet etc and not from my discs). So, based on the fact the others download OK, I tend to think the CS3 Master Collection download is broken (error page comes up!: HTTP Status 404 - /support/downloads/dlm/main.jsp ). Can anyone/Adobe help? Thanks,

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

You can also download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.


Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

Thanks Ned! I did see this advice previously and used Firefox and Safari, clearing both caches, cookies and restarting etc...

Could you possibly try downloading it? : here's the Adobe page: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs3-product-downloads.html.

(i guess your link is the same? I did try those. In fact couldn't download quite a few of those). All the other ones do download from the Adobe link, just not this one. That makes me think that there's something wrong with the link!? I've downloaded a PS solo app, but my serial doesn't work with that, because I believe it needs to be the actual Master Collection version. I am able to download as such though! It's not that my browser is rejecting everything. e.g.: The Japanese version of Master Collection CS3 downloads OK, but I'm not Japanese. Design Premium downloads ok. But it's the wrong one! Puzzling...any ideas?
