Hi All,

I have downloaded from my account the exe and 7z file however I ger an error stating 'the file archive part of Adobe CS6 Master Collection is missing. You need all parts in the same folder to extract Adobe CS6 Master Collection. Please download all files (2) to a folder in C drive program files

My computer runs on Windows 10 64bit so I enabled 32 software.

Do you have any suggestions for me? I have wasted hours on this!

Thank you for your help.

The installer is looking for the wrong file.

Rename the compressed folder to match the .exe file name.
EX: mine were downloaded named MasterCollection_CS6_LS4.exe and MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.7z
Changed to MasterCollection_CS6_LS4.7z (to match the exe file), and it works.

HALLELUJAH!!!  Thank you!!!

Yes, all you have to do is ensure the file names are identical.

EX: mine were downloaded named MasterCollection_CS6_LS4.exe and MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.7z

Change to MasterCollection_CS6_LS4.7z (to match the exe file), and it works.

Sounds like the .7z file is partially downloaded or corrupted. Try re-downloading to the same folder on your local hard drive as the .exe file.

The double click the .exe file and follow the prompts.

Two ideas that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10 (and MAYBE Windows 11 ?)
-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window
-and/or select Run as Administrator to assign FULL Windows permissions
