master suite 6 maximum devices

I am trying to reinstall this package onto my new PC so i deactivated it on my old PC as it said there were to many devices active and it didn't work on my new PC now my old PC is locked out also, i've chatted online with the live chat and they sent me here. On my account it says no active devices and i cannot sign out of all devices, it only gives me the option to retry my product code or try another when i load an application.

If you can't deactivate a serial number you have to contact the Adobe support. Only they can reset the activation counter.
