Media Encoder CC v 13.0.1 Fatal Error code 119

I have updated all CC video softwares but when it comes to update the Media encoder it stops on 3% and than gives the error code 119. It can't be true, as long as I've managed to update all the other softwares.

I miss the time when it could be solved by directly downloading the software or update from Adobe, not using the Creative cloud in the middle.

adobe can take several weeks after a release to update the links on that page, but that page is always supposed to have the latest available direct downloads.
