Merge two CC accounts

First of all, why can't I find a live chat option in here? The fact that I have to ask the forum about this and check for replies later, is very inconvenient.

ISSUE:

I have two accounts. One (A) for all the CC apps and one (B) that I once used to create my Adobe Portfolio with and still manage it through there. I pay for both monthly. Since I pay for my CC apps on (A), I can have an Adobe Portfolio there for no extra charge. Can I transfer my portfolio intact from (B) to (A) so that I do not have to pay the subscription fro (B) just for the portfolio?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

I had tried various options there but did not get me the chat link and phone was marked as unavailable. I did try the link you provided and got the chat option. I am now waiting for a representative to be available. Thank you very much for your help!
