Merging a personal and work account on one laptop

I'm a relative 'newbie' to Adobe products and Creative Clouds and wondered if someone could help me out with a dilemma.

I created an account to use Lightroom on my personal laptop as an amateur photographer, and have since had a Creative Cloud account created at work for my work computer to use Adobe Premiere Pro.

Is there anyway I can use both of these accounts on my personal computer together?

Thanks in advance.

You cannot be using the two accounts on the same machine at the same time.  You would need to sign out of one and sign in to the other.

If your work account is only for Premiere Pro then you don't have any alternative as far as I can see, but if you have a full Cloud subscription thru work then you can also get Lightroom thru your work account such that you would not need to use your own for it.

Thanks for the reply Ned. To be honest I wouldn't need to be using Lightroom (personal account) and Premiere (work) at the same time, so could I log in to each account on my personal laptop, download each application (Lightroom from personal account and Premiere from work account) and then switch between the two whenever I need to? Thanks.

Hello Nicholas,

You can install the application using the same account but when you need to use Lightroom, you have to sign out and sign in with your personal account. When you login on creative cloud desktop application it looks for the subscription associated with the Adobe ID and accordingly you can use the applications. If you have Premier Pro subscription associated with your Work account then it will show Lightroom as a trial on your work ID and will work only for 7 days as trial. So you have to switch to your personal ID in order to use Lightroom. You can only use one Adobe ID at a time on your computer.

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks,
