Message of ''Trial expired '' even though I have a Photoshop subscription...

Hi! I hope you can help me, I've dowloaded eight days ago the new update for Photoshop ( I've been using it for 6 month now, with my monthly subsciption)

and yesterday Photoshop wouldn't open and it's showing me a ''trial expired'' message. I have tried everything, reinstalling Photoshop, reinstalling the older version, I've

also did everything in this article :Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase  Nothing seem to work.

Hi Fatimam46871442,

Sorry that you are having trouble using your Adobe Photoshop CC as it gives an error that your trial period has expired, however you have a purchased subscription for the app.

As you have already tried the troubleshooting given here: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase  , now I would recommend you to refer to the steps shared in the following helps document: Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications
