migrate elements 8 to new pc

I have elements 8 on a pc, and now I want to move to a new pc. How can I move the elements 8 to the new pc. When I purchased I downloaded the product from the website. I don't see Elements 8 on the website anymore. Do i have to purchase Elements 14 now in order to work on my new pc? Thanks,
