Migrate to new account

I have just signed up for a new Creative Cloud account with my company and I need to migrate all my assets from my old personal Adobe account--libraries, swatches, documents, etc. It appears that I was supposed to be offered the opportunity to migrate when I logged into my new company account, but I wasn't. So now I have lost access to the assets from my old account (which has now expired)--how can I get them back into my new Creative Cloud account?
