Migrating from iMac to Windows 10

Hi

I started a couple of years ago with Lightroom and Photoshop on my iMac.

It's so slow now, I've tried all the tips and tricks on the Web, but I've had it with Apple..

I've bought a new Dell XPS laptop now and I want to migrate Lightroom and PS (Creative Cloud) from the Mac to the laptop.

I've installed both apps but would like to migrate all photos and the catalogue too. I'd need to use some sort of cloud or external storage.

Has anyone had experience of doing this ?
