migrating to a new mac

I used the mac migration feature to transfer my apps from a macbook pro to a new macbook pro and now creative cloud doesn't see the lightroom and photoshop apps.

I remember there is a procedure to fix this but don't recall what it is.

thanks,

Mike

Migration does not work for adobe products.  you need to install using installation files.  you should uninstall and use the Cleaner Tool before installing.

    do not migrate adobe apps.

if you already tried, undo whatever you've done.

reset your new computer to its factory settings and then update its os

properly uninstall and clean your older computer of adobe apps

migrate your adobe free old computer to your cleaned new computer

install the cc desktop app on your new computer and use it to install your cc apps

if you need help with any/all these steps, let me know.  these steps need to be carefully done to ensure a flawlessly working new computer.
