no, it's not possible to change account ownership, especially for an education subscription.

you can start your own subscription, and your son can cancel their subscription (with an early termination fee, if cancelled prior to the year commitment).

Hi @Sylvie38095615hau6,

As per your account details, you have active subscription to Creative Cloud All Apps. It is an individual subscription and not an student teacher's license.

Are you getting any error while using the subscription? Let us know. We're here to help.

you can change your subscription from all apps to lightroom.  if that's what you want to do, contact adobe support to make sure you're not charged an early cancellation fee for cancelling the all apps subscription.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
