Mise à jour Creative Cloud Desktop - Erreur 304

Bonjour,

 

Depuis 2 semaines, j'essaie de faire une mise jour de lightroom / photoshop / Caméra Raw à partir de l'interface Creative Cloud Desktop et à chaque fois j'ai une erreur qui s'affiche "Erreur 304" sans plus d'information.

Try to install the latest version of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and try again.

hello,

 

unfortunately, when i try to install the latest vestion of Adobe Creative Cloud, i have the same error 304.

 

To uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud, i must to uninstall all Adobe application before !!!!!
