Mise à jour système MACOS Catalina Version 10.15.7

Bonjour 

Je veux télécharger Adobe premiere Pro mais on me demande de "mettre à jour mon système" (voir photo)

Comment faire ? avec l'aide je tombe sur cette page (voir photo) mais on ne me dis pas comment mettre à jour (voir photo)

merci pour votre aide, j'ai un abonnement mensuel et je ne peux pas en profiter c'est trés chiant!!

Catalina is 6 versions behind current Sequoia.

You need a computer that can run the latest operating systems, no more than two versions back. 

  • Windows 11 (64-bit) versions 24H2, 23H2; Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2;
  • MacOS 15 (Sequoia), 14.7 (Sonoma), 13.6.7 (Ventura).

J'ai n mac version 10.15.7 CATALINA donc il est trop vieux, puis je être remboursée de mon abonnement mensuel svp ??

your computer must meet specs to install current apps.  you can also, try an (one major) older version to see if that meets specs.

1. you can install the latest and 1 version prior versions using the cc desktop app. you must have a subscription because previous versions are not available with trials. other versions are revealed after clicking file preferences>apps>tick show older apps (at panel bottom).


2. no other versions are available

Puis je être remboursée ? J'ai un mac version 10.15.7 donc je ne peux pas télécharger Première pro, c'est pr cela que je me suis abonnée et seulement pour cela.
