missing file error when downloading cs6

I bought cs6 and downloaded it fine on my laptop. Bought a new computer and tried to download it here but it just says installer failed to initialize. This could be due to a missing file. Please download adobe support advisor to detect the problem. I clicked the link but it says it's been discontinued. I deleted all adobe files off of my computer, used the adobe file cleaner and restarted only to get the same error. Please help! I am running the windows 8.1 pro software.
