missing installaltion file ?

Hi, I'm trying to install After effect and when I want to instrall it, it tells me that there is a missing file and that it cannot continue. " cpsid_82829s5 : é_[Qz] "Missing installation file," bootstrapper error has occurred."

I've got the installation file from Adobe's web site.

Don't know what to do !
