missing mfc100u.dll prevents Encore from starting

Hi, can´t start Encore CS6. Mistake: "mfc100u.dll is missing on the computer and has to be installed to solve the problem". Who knows how and where to install?

I already installed Encore and the whole CS6 Suite 2 times....

Thanks for fast response. I have to deliver a DVD quickly....
