Missing update to CS6

When I start to download from Photoshop CS& and it is the same from other programs. The update is from my LAPTOP  and it is wireles from my PC. There was no problem before I get Windows 10 install. I hope there are some people there can help me and tell me what I can do. Before I have windows 7 ultimmate.

    I would like to apologise for the late reply from me. I did not manage to completely test the proposals that were sent to me – unfortunately there come other things there impede me. Adobe sent an update out for a while after the message and then worked the updater again. You must have many thanks for your help, as I save for later use.

     

    I have use Microsoft translator - I´m not so good to write English

    Try steps mentioned under 'Troubleshoot Connectivity issues' : Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DC
     If that doesn't resolves the issue, Please see : Error "Update server not responding" | CS4 Updater, AAM | Windows

    Let me know if issue persists.
