Missing Work

I am having my students share their artwork throuogh Spark presentations which seems to be working fine. However, one student logged back in after spring break and her work is gone. I have her link at the presetation is still there but she does not see it in her "projects" I've had her sign in as student and just with her email but neither seem to work. Suggestions?
