mobile broadband download once

Is there a way to download the apps one time and store them some place? I am in an area with no fast internet and use mobile broadband. I have used a lot of data downloading adobe products. I am a subscriber and recently had to reinstall my machine's os. Seems crazy to do this once again and I would like to avoid this further. Also , I would like to copy it, store it and install it on an extra machine in the case this happens again.
