mobile subscription expired

I downgraded an edu full CC subscription to a CC photo package and now my LR mobile states "Subscription Expired".  Any suggestions?  signing in/out or restarting LR mobile doesn't help.  From what I can tell, LR Mobile comes with the CC photo package.

After talking to 5 people over a 2 hour long adobe chat support session I found out my issue was related to something on Adobe's end and they are working on it over the next 72 hours.  So no more help needed in here. - thanks.

Thanks for the link.  I did what it suggested and it didn't help.  But now I see a "Lightroom mobile subscription expired" statement at the top left of Lightoom Desktop that I didn't see before.
