Dear Adobe,

Yesterday (24-09-19) a sum of money was extracted from my account by ADOBE.COM in the name of ADOBE *CREATIVE CLOUD.

This is a product I never ordered, nor did I ever come close to ordering it.

Please let me know how I can contact you to resolve this matter.

Kind regards,

Łukasz Wadiak

    Call me TELEPHONE NUMBER REMOVED

Adobe will not call, but scammers will call pretending to be Adobe

    Hey guys,

Thanks for the replies. I've already got in touch with my bank to block the card and request a new one. I also managed to get hold of the Adobe Help centre and after a bit of a struggle, it seems that a refund is going to be issued.

Thanks again for the help, wish you all the best

If this story is true, it sounds like your card has been stolen or compromised.  Contact your bank immediately to stop further charges from that account.

Be aware that this almost certainly means someone has your card details. Especially if Adobe won't tell you who ordered because it doesn't match your email. In this case you need to contact your card issuer and tell them urgently before the thieves buy more stuff.

(It seems some online companies offer bargain Creative Cloud subscriptions, for which there is no such thing. So to offer them they use stolen cards from the Dark Web, and will have moved on before anything hits the fan).
