After the use of the gratute subscription, Adobe made me pay 12,29€ for the plan. I forgotten to cancel the subscription and then I finished it. Does my money will be returned? I didn't use a single day of the subscription.

    Refund shows completed in system. It might take another day or two for it to reflect on your bank account.

      The KEY words here is "I Forgot to Cancel the Subscription". Have you since Canceled the subscription?

      No you money will not be returned and if you have not canceled within the first 14 days I suspect next month you will see another 12.29 charged to your bank/credit account.

      Did you cancel within the 14 days after the paid subscription started? Then yes, you will be reimbursed. The criteria is not using the programs but taking a subscription. It's like having a subscription to a newspaper and not reading the paper. You still need to pay the subscription.
