Be sure to monitor your online bank statements you use for your CC subscription or any other subscription based service you purchase though Adobe. I noticed yesterday I was charged $9.99 for a Photography Plan I never signed up for and when I went to chat support for a resolution they gave me the runaround in hopes to frustrate me into giving up and accepting the unwanted photography plan.
This resulted in me filing a BBB complaint against Adobe and sending a message with copies of the transcripts from chat support to their CS Rep on their Facebook page, who told me they would get the situation resolved. I have a hard time believing Adobe would condone such behavior from their chat support specialists who did everything they could to stall and stonewall my efforts to have this charge reversed. I would have expected more integrity from a company like Adobe Systems. So you have been forewarned...
