Monterey OsX and Photoshop 2020

I just got Monterey 12.0.1 on my laptop. I purchased Adobe Photoshop 2020 and installed it AFTER I got Monterey. When I go to download adobe Zii 5.3.0 it says the following below. How do I rectify this?

This is illegal software. Delete it. Hope it has not already damaged your system.

Adobe do NOT sell Photoshop 2020 with a forever license.

Take a subscription from Adobe's web site - from $10 per month.
