I only use the adobe suite after hours at night.

i must pay a monthly/year rate for the licence.

Is it possible to pay per time used.

if i use it for 200 minutes, I pay for 200 minutes.

Just the date your contract starts and the date it finishes.

No, paying by the minute/hour/time-of-day is not one of the Adobe plans.
