for example

i have 5dollar in my mastercard(credic card), so i buy photoshop porgram monthly pay 3dollar.

First month i can use photoshop ,but i had only 2dollar(5-3=2) in my credit card.

and next month, i cannot pay 3dollar so, photoshop program is not working.

So, i charge 10dollar in my credit card for using photoshop.

if in this case,

can i use photoshop again, right now?

or i must contact Adobe-service Q&A center?

or payment will be request again for me?

i must use photoshop right now.

please give me answer.

I recommend contacting Customer Support.  Your question is not clear so it would probably work best for you if you talked to Adobe about your situation.

Contact support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

You should also note that on most plans you agree to pay for one year. You must pay and still owe the money even if you stop your credit card.
