Question

More than 2 installations?

Whenever I start my newly installed Photoshop on my new computer I get a message that I have more than 2 installations of this product and I have to remove one of it to activate this version of the SW.

How can I get rid of this message?

Actually Photoshop is only installed on 2 machines (notebook plus desktop).

Does the "count" include the installation of my old desktop (crashed, not active any longer, and in a status which prevents removal of the SW)?

what's sw?

and yes, you must deactivate your old installation or ask for an activation reset (or, if you're talking about a cc version - sign out).

to ask for a reset, contact adobe support, http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html
