most horrible customer service ever!!

For a subscription based company. your product is bad and the customer service is worse! Nothing is intuitive! All I need is add one more person from my team to the adobe sign account. I avoided calling the customer service due to dreaded 6 hr wait time. But after trying for a month to fix it myself, Now I am in the middle of holding for your so called customer service to pick up for the last 2 hrs. SHAMEFUL!!

I just came off a call to support on hold for 207 minutes. Three hours and counting. No one came on.

I got to someone on a chat and even though I told him that I had circling going on and to wait, he disconnected my chat.

Unbelievable. Worst support EVER! I'm going to figure out how to bag them the most effectively so that they'll do something about it.
